WaterskiConnect pass 0

Got a problem with WatarskiConnect and SurePath.
For some reason only the Pass 0 is sent out from the scoring software, and when the boat is reporting back I get an error

boatpath_data message received for unknown pass 0
Load data for the actual pass instead.

I use the lates version 2024.03f

From what can see In the Sure Path Judging software it always says Pass 0 even if I am able to change skier, and it do not help by adding more pass in the scoring program or use the SendData button.

Any ideas of what ca be the problem?

I changed to old method for connect (Synhcrone) that might helped.

No, no idea of what is causing that.
Could you send me the file (or attached it here on a post ?
But, it will difficult to test for me as I don't have any SurePath.

I don't think that synchronous connection works for that case better: it is only the way to connect, and does not affect which data is sent.
Please report if that works synchronous, but not asynchronous: it would help to find the cause.

Do you have a good, stable internet to connect from where the scoring software is ?

Can you grant me permission to attach files?

I have tried to find out what causing the problem, but can not understand what is going wrong.
But I might have isolated it to the automatic save and brodcast.
It feels like it has something to do with the automatic setting of the Send data.

I get it to work if I do
Add pass. Change speed. Save
Press Brodcast data.
Wait for time.
Enter score.
Add pass. Save.
Press brodcast data.

If I do not press Save before pressing brodcast. The row is deleted and Pass 0 is sent to Waterski Connect.

From what I remembered earlier version the brodcast wher sent automaticly without needing to press.
Or if it where that the press brodcast saved the current pass.
But I might be me that dont remember exact.

But from what I test now the result is independant of connection method.

Today when running the competition and not only testing the equipment, the connection is working as expected, at least in jump.
The Brodcast is orange as normal and the automatic broadcast is working.
Not sure what is different to activate the automatic broadcast.
Most likely it is that I did not use the arrow keys as normal when running live.

- I think you already have the permission to attach .wsk file (not all extensions are allowed).
- the orange button to activate auto broadcasting can only be activated between the beginning and end competition date, I think.
- for the pass "0", I do not have an idea why this is happening.
I am not sure that the asynchronous mode could trigger that... did you try if that makes a difference ?

The pass 0 came when adding a new line and set the speed (without auto save and auto publish). If that line were not saved and pressing Send data, the line were removed and the pass 0 were sent out.

During the actual tournament everything worked as expected. It were only during the test of technical setup we had problems.
