Getting license for using scoring software

We are Federation of Waterski of Moscow Region and we are in the Calendar for 31/07-02/08 with the International Competitons Moscow Region Istra (Code is 20RUS001).
We would like to get a licence for using your scoring software.
Could you provide us with login and password to download it?
