Install 2017.01

Hello Manu,

I have downloaded the latest version of the software but it does not install it.
Under Win10 it (exe-file) never start after download. Any ideas?

Hi Hannu,

Just tried to download and install on Windows 10 machine: I had no problem.

If you use Chrome, it may stop you from running some exes:

- Google Chrome is reporting the download as "malware". Site and all files have been checked and the downloaded setup is safe. Either download with another browser, or after downloading with Chrome, click on "show all downloads", then click on "Recover malicious file" under the downloaded setup.

or some other anti-virus could also prevent downloaded exes to be run.

I've downloaded 2017.01 an[url][url][/url][/url]d it isn't running well.

Messages such as
"List index out of bounds (0)
and
Path not found to file I've created.
No list of overall tables appear.

Help please.

Hi Richard,

I just make a test and created a new competition file with version 2017.01a (latest).
Everything seems to work fine.

- was it by reading a file created with this version or an older version (though, it should work) ?
eventually, can you try to create a new file, and see if the same problem happens ?

- can you attach the .wsk scoring file were the problem happens, please ?

- Which OS do you use ? Windows 7 ? 8 ? 10 ?

- Did you save the file in a special drive, like OneDrive/GoogleDrive/DropBox drive ?

You can also try to download the file again, and reinstall.
Do some problems already occur on installation ?

I have downloaded the 2017 again and it looked like a normal download.
I've tried opening files and creating new ones and they all appear to behave the same.

I didn't find the problem.
As on your screen shot, it appears to be at the end of the competition assistant,
could you send to me a screen shot of each step in assistant, (after you filled up the form) to see how do you configure it.
Also, do you have the australian version installed (please, a screen shot of window in menu help, about).
