If you mean, count the team overall score of jump for some categories and not for others, no, this is not possible.
The only way I see, is to copy the file, remove the unwanted jump scores, and calculate the team overall scores from that file.

This is now changed in latest update: you should able to set up to 250 skiers per team.
I didn't try if that effectively works in a real competition, but you will do that !

As far as I know, they did run the scoring software on 2 computers.
Then they imported the scores from 2nd computer into the master scoring file on first computer.
(Possibility 2 in original post).

If you want the overall to be calculated on the best score of all skiers in the competition (1000 points overall),
you have to choose an overall based on this method (World champ overall, E&A 1000 points, ...)
