Import of skiers

Hi
Is it possible to make the national id / license a part of the user import export format?
Last time I tested I was not able to import this field from an import file.
One more thing about the user information. Is it possible to add a free text field that can be used when importing data?
My idea is to create a national database with skiers that has license. The national license is our number and the idea for the free text field is to have the year when they paid the license.
The reason for an extra field for license year is that there is a delay in the registration and therefore we need both the current year, but also the year before in the list.
