Recently we published our results, but for some reason, we published the same Results over and over and there are many published on the website. How can we delete all the duplicates?

On which site are the duplicates:
on https://www.iwwfed-ea.org/ ?
or on http://www.iwsftournament.com ?
are that results duplicates ? starting lists duplicates ? something else ?
Do you think it is a program bug ? what did you do to publish ?
or do you think it is a web site bug ?
A screen shot would be helpfull to understand what do you mean.
